Forget about those upcoming winter blues. There’s plenty of sunshine on offer at Birmingham Press Club’s Annual Midlands Press Ball – themed on “A Night of Elegance” - which takes place at the Macdonald Burlington Hotel, Birmingham, on Friday, October 23. And with East Midlands Airport again on board as main sponsor, some lucky guests will be able to jet away in style.
The star prize in the Ball’s charity-aiding raffle is a week’s holiday for two in self-catering accommodation in north-east Corsica, which is the new summer destination for bmibaby from East Midlands Airport. The prize, courtesy of Corsican Places, the UK’s leading Corsican holiday specialist, and bmibaby.com, also includes bmibaby flights from East Midlands Airport, car hire, one week’s free parking at the airport and entry to the airport’s executive lounge.
